Looks like Dell is in serious crap according to Avian securities. Dell claims that the 20 to 30% return rates for SSD laptops isn’t their fault. They say that the “global reliability data shows that SSD drives are equal to or better than traditional hard disk drives they have ever shipped.” They also state that the failure and return rates are a result of wanting better and more advanced technology.
