Looks like Intel wants to be the first manufacturer to introduce the smallest solid-state drive in the market. This SSD is targeted for use in handheld mobile devices. Measuring at 12 x 8 x 1,8mm with 0.6 grams of wrath, it is about the size of a penny. Available in 2GB and 4GB (you can expand up to 16GB with additional 3 SSDs). The drive reads at 40MBps and writes at 30MBps. They also hope the uses of Z-P140 will be for educational and governmental institutions, not for stashing your dirty files in difficult to find locations.
