Kaleidoscope has recently released two 1080p upscaling movie players dubbed as the 1080p Player and the 1080p Mini Player. Both players provide 1080p output and support content-aware video processing, advanced DVD and CD playback features, full Import Control, motion adaptive deinterlacing and reverse 3:2/2:2 pulldown, 10 bit 4:4:4 color processing, automatic video configuration, Sigma Designs (Gennum) VXP video processor chip and HDMI 1.3 port. The gadgets also offers Dolby Digital, DTS, MPEG Audio, PCM support and Ethernet support. The Kaleidescape 1080p Player is currently available in the market, however, the 1080p Mini Player will be released in July 2008. [Krunker]
