Sony’s RM-PZ1FD infrared ray remote control is specially designed so that you can use it while you dine at the table. Its waterproof design ensures that accidental coffee spills don’t affect the functioning of the remote. The keys to navigate the remote are kept simple. Two other remotes make a debut, the RM-PZ1SD and RM-PZ1D, along with the RM-PZ1FD. Both of them are vertical models. Available in three colors, silver, white or red, these remotes will be available in Japan this month for $21. Besides Sony, the remote can be used with 15 different brands including Matsushita, JVC, Sharp, Toshiba etc.
