Clarion will be launching two new portable navigation devices in Europe called the MAP680 and MAP780. The MAP680 and MAP780 are slightly different because of the maps loaded in: the 690 is available in four regional versions and the other has a whole 43 European countries. Both feature a 4.3-inch widescreen display, text-to-speech, built-in TMC tuner, 3D display of buildings / POIs, lane assistant, bluetooth (with phone book transfer and audio streaming), a 400MHz CPU, multimedia player and 2GB (MAP780) / 1GB (MAP680) of internal memory. No word on prices for either one. [Navigadget]
