SMK's Wireless Input Pen

Here is a magic stick from SMK Corporation. The company has successfully created a Wireless Input Pen, that can transmit characters written in the air to a monitor. The specially designed pen has a built-in triaxial acceleration sensor with Bluetooth connectivity. The sensor will detect the positional information to create characters. These characters will be transmitted wirelessly to a monitor using Bluetooth. The maximum transmission distance is about 10m. It is expected that the pen will be used in place of a laser pointer in sales presentations. [TechOn]
