The Handycooler is a personal air conditioner that allows you to stay cool when away from your chilled air conditioned office. The device lets you take cool air with you by the way of evaporative cooling. All you do is drop a few ounces of water on to a sponge and place the sponge into a handheld unit and switch it on to enjoy some cooled air. The fan cools air down by up to 25 degrees Fahrenheit and provides you a refreshing cool breeze while walking around. The gadget requires four AA batteries that will last around 5 hours. Who would have thought there could be a portable fan that runs on a sponge. That fans I use are cheap but they aren’t effective. Will look into this
