Roboticist Steve Yohanan has created the cute Haptic Creature that looks like a brown bunny. The robot relies on a touch feedback as its only way of communicating. It has pressure sensors all around its body and will be able to sense how it is touched or stroked, responding appropriately by making breathing-like motions, ear wiggles or purring vibrations.
