Here’s another conceptual gadget ‘Help Lock’ by Haishan Deng that would deal with bathroom accidents, with this door lock you won’t have to worry about being either locked in or out. So here’s how it works: “the lock works on an alarm and timer mechanism. The timer sets automatically whenever a person locks the door and it reminds the user to cancel the alarm once the set time has passed. If there is no answer after 30 seconds, the lock unlocks the door, sounds the alarm and dials an emergency number that was programmed earlier.” Unfortunately, it’s just a concept at this stage, but it’s definitely a brilliant idea!
