The HifiMAN HM-801 PMP features an integrated amplifier in the form of a Burr-Brown PCM1704U DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) chip, allowing it to handle AAC, FLAC, WMA lossless, WMA, OGG, WAV and MP3 files. The gadget has a poor battery life (only 6 to 8 hours of operation time). The HiFiMAN HM-801 will be released in June 2009 for around $700. [Product Page via iPod and MP3 Players]
