
NTT is ready to release the iFrame Android tablet in the Japanese market. Japan’s biggest telecommunications company are hoping to sell 100,000 units of the iFrame. Measuring 21mm x 199mm x 18mm and weighing at just 430 grams, this Android 2.1-powered tablet comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display with 800×480 pixel resolution, a USB port, an SD card slot, Wi-Fi IEEE802.11b/g, internal speakers, digital picture frame function and alarm clock function.
