HIS has added two new passively-cooled graphics cards to its range by releasing the Radeon HD 5550 Silence and HD 5570 Silence. Both of these low-profile cards integrate a 40nm Redwood GPU, 320 Stream Processors (HD 5550), 400 Stream Processors (HD 5570), a 128-bit memory interface, a core clock of 550MHz/600MHz, a 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM set @ 1000MHz and a passive cooling system. Not to mention, these cards also support all the latest technology including DirectX 11 and ATI Stream, and have D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs. The Radeon HD 5550 Silence is priced at 99 Euro (about $118), while the Radeon HD 5570 Silence price is still unknown at the moment. [Softpedia]
