Hitachi Maxell Ltd has recently exhibited the laminated lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery at the 1st Int’l Rechargeable Battery Expo in Tokyo. Known as the “IMS65142235″, this battery is currently under development. Its rated capacity, nominal voltage, final voltage and maximum current are 10Ah, 3.7V, 2.75V and 30A, respectively. Measuring 6.5mm x 142mm x 235mm, the Hitachi Maxell Laminated Li-ion Battery will be used for the power supplies of electric bikes, automated guided vehicles, and uninterrupted power supply systems.
