Hitachi is offering a personalized phone in Japan by the end of March. It will feature an e-display or “Silhouette screen†as well as a variety of 95 patterns. The Hitachi handset will support 250 minutes of call time and has a 2.8-inch WQVGA display, 2GB microSD, 1.97 megapixel camera and 1-Seg. No pricing available as of right now.
