How Many Gigabytes Is A Human Being?

by Jeremiah on July 4, 2014

How many gigabytes are you? Are us? This guy did the math and says that our genetic code only takes 1.5 gigabytes of data, while our complete body takes about 60 zettabytes of data. But since we share about 99.9% of our genetic code with everyone else, and each of our cells contain our entire genetic code, what separates us from another comes down to a measly megabyte of data. Watch the video, it’s pretty mind blowing.
