HP Mini-Q Atom-Powered desktop PC

It seems that HP is getting into low-cost computing with its Mini-Q Net PC. This entry-level mini-tower PC comes in two variants. The first one is the HP Mini-Q 2030 that features a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom Dual-Core CPU, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, 160GB SATA hard-drive (7200rpm), Dual-Layer DVD-Burner, and Microsoft Windows Vista OS. The second one is the HP Mini-Q 2020 that comes equipped with a 1.6Ghz Intel Atom Single-Core CPU with 1GB RAM and Microsoft Windows XP. The HP Mini-Q 2030 and HP Mini-Q 2020 are priced at $386 and $296, respectively. [Electronista]
