HP has announced the upcoming Z200 SFF (small form factor) workstation based on an Intel platform. This new system is smaller than the recently released Z200 minitower workstation, but it still provides a powerful performance thanks to the use of an Intel Core i3/i5 or Xeon 3400 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, professional graphics options and up to 2TB of storage space. HP’s new Z200 SFF workstation also boasts a tool-less chassis and a 89% efficient power supply. What’s more, the device is also ENERGY STAR 5.0 qualified and EPEAT Gold rated. The HP Z200 SFF workstation will be available worldwide on April 5th, 2010 for $739 upwards. [TC Magazine]
