Huawei’s latest 4G LTE-enabled Android 5.1 smartphone ‘Honor 5X’ is finally making its way to US. The handset will be available in the US from January 31st for $199.99 via Amazon, Newegg and HiHonor.
First announced back in October 2015, this mid-range smartphone has a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD IPS display, a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit processor, a 2GB RAM, a 16GB of expandable internal storage (up to 128GB) and dual SIM card slots.
Coming with a fingerprint sensor at the back, the handset packs a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture and 22mm wide-angle lens, a 13MP rear-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 28mm wide-angle lens, dual LED flash and 1080p@30fps video recording, and a non-removable 3000mAh li-ion battery.
Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the Honor 5X provides 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS with A-GPS for connectivity. [Product Page]
