I-O Data will update its optical storage with the introduction of the DVRP-U8SLE series portable DVD writer. Available in black and white, the slim DVD burner measures 137-mm x 154-mm x 20-mm and weights 320-grams. The I-O Data DVRP-U8SLE features a USB 2.0 interface, a maximum write speeds of 8x for DVD-R/+R SL and DVD+RW, 6x for DVD-R/+R DL and DVD-RW, 5x for DVD-RAM, 24x for CD-R and 16x for CD-RW.
