iBuyPower has released their latest Chimera 2 gaming PC series in order to celebrate their 10th anniversary. The Chimera 2 gaming PC series is available in five customizable forms including the Chimera 2-F, Killer Chimera 2-F, Chimera 2-E, Chimera 2-Q, and Killer Chimera 2-Q. All models feature either Intel Core i5, Intel Core i7, or AMD Phenom II x4 processor, either ATI or nVidia graphics card, and support up to 16 to 24 GB of DDR3 memory. These gaming PCs also comes with the Creative Labs SoundBlaster X-Fi card, power supplies up to 1200 Watts, liquid cooling options, Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit, and support a wide variety of storage capability including 7 internal 3.5-inch drive bays and 4 external 5.25 bays for optical drives. The price starts at $999 upwards, depending on the specs.
