id Software Unveiled Its Next-generation Engine

id Software, the graphics guru, has recently unveiled its next-generation engine at WWDC during Steve Jobs’ keynote. Dubbed as “id Tech 5″, it is the fifth generation graphics engine and will be fully multiplatform. The engine itself is being developed for the PC, Mac, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
