If you have lost your password for the secure partition on the USB drive, run ImationLock and click the button at the bottom of the window - it's not very obvious - it looks like a USB drive with a red triangle on top. This will allow you to resize (and wipe) your drive, recovering any lost space you may have. IMPORTANT : The password protected "partition" only works with Windows. If you put the nano into a Linux box, you will be able to access all files without using a password! This was confirmed to me by Imation support this morning. If you need better security, you are better off not password protecting your drive and using an encryption program (eg TrueCrypt) which gives protection no matter what operating system you use to access the drive.
