Intel SSD 330 Series

Intel has just dropped a new line of SSDs for the mass market called the SSD 330 Series. Available in three different sizes: 60GB, 120GB and 180GB, these 2.5-inch SSDs are packed with 25nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a SandForce SF-2281 controller and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 500MB/s and 450MB/s, respectively.
