Intel is pleased to announce a new line of data center SSDs, the SSD DC S3510 Series. Coming in capacities ranging from 80GB to 1.6TB, these 2.5-inch SSDs are packed with 16nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 2.0 million hours and built-in 256-bit AES hardware encryption.
Combining performance with low typical active power (less than 5.6 watts), the SSD DC S3510 Series can deliver read/write speeds of up to 375/110 MB/s (80GB model), 475/135 MB/s (120GB model), 500/260 MB/s (240GB model), 500/440 MB/s (480GB model), 500/460 MB/s (800GB model), 500/440 MB/s (1.2TB model) and 500/430 MB/s (1.6TB model), respectively.
