According to an Austrian online reseller, the new mid-grade version of Intel’s high-speed solid-state drives ‘X-25E 64GB’ will be shipped this month. This high performance SSD card has the capability to deliver read/write speeds of 250/170MB per second. The drive itself should be available on february 22nd for a retail price of $790 within the US.
