9to5Mac.com has reported that the upcoming Apple iPod will be called iPod Touch. The new iPod will have the same 480 x 320 resolution as the iPhone, run OSX and features a single button home navigation. Additionally, the gadget will have the same form factor as the iPhone with a few exceptions, the outside rim will be black and not silver and will be slightly thicker. However, there is no word yet on the release date.
