iRiver Japan today announced its spanking new digital picture frame which is dubbed as the Framee-L. The device boasts a 7 inch LCD with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels resolution and 1GB of internal memory. The Framee-L also supports JPEG files and most of video codecs including MPEG-4 AVC/H.264, AVI in 720 x 480 at 30fps and with a 1.5Mbps bitrates, and Motion JPEG in 640 x 480 at 30fps. In addition, the gadget also supports MP3, WMA and WAV files. You can also expand its storage capacity via SD/MMC, CF and a USB ports. The iRiver Framee-L will be released next week in Japan for 17,800 Yen. [iRiver]
