Landport has proudly announced the first solar-powered speakers in Japan. Measuring 19.5cm x 11.2cm x 5cm and weighing 290grams, the speaker provides 2Watts x 2ch audio output. Its Lithium-ion battery provides up to 8-hour of continuous music playback. You can connect this speaker to your iPod or MP3 player via the Stereo mini input. The Landport Solar-powered speaker will be launched in March 2010 for 5,250 Yen ($58). [Akihabara]
