Jointech today introduced the new JE100 e-book reader that features a 7-inch LCD touchscreen display, which means the device will require more juice than the regular e-ink display. Its 1,500mAh battery only provides between 3 to 6 hours of operation time. The JE100 has a 400MHz processor, a 128MB flash memory, a 64MB RAM, a couple of USB port, and an integrated speaker.
