Kaleidescape today introduced its new M500 and M300 Blu-ray players which are built on the company’s proprietary M-Class architecture to deliver a new and improved onscreen user interface and Blu-ray support. The M300 is an ordinary Blu-ray player that comes with a price tag of $2,495. Meanwhile, the M500 features the unique ability to copy Blu-rays, DVDs and CDs onto your home server. The imported content can then be played back instantly by M300 and M500 players, creating the world’s first multi-zone movie server for Blu-ray. The M500 retails for $3,995. Both Blu-ray players will be released in May 18th, 2010. [Press Release]
