KDDI shows off the latest Samsung-made 3.1 inch OLED display at CEATEC 2008. The display is able to produce up to 800 x 480 resolution, which supports DVD resolution video. Unfortunately, the screen is only a prototype at this time. I am sure we will find this bright OLED display on the mobile phones in the near future. [Electronista]
