
King Jim has announced the successor to its Pomera DM10 digital memo device by unveiling the DM20. Unlike its predecessor, the DM20 sports a larger 5-inch 640 x 480 display and comes with an 89MB memory. Other standard features include a folding QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot and a USB port. The device can be powered by either a USB or two AAA batteries. The DM20 will be available in Japan starting from December 11th for 34,650 Yen (about $399). [Product Page via iTechNewsNet]
