Kingston SSDNow V Series 40GB SSD

Kingston has once again expanded its SSD line-up with the all new Kingston SSDNow V Series 40GB. Coming in 40GB capacity, this 2.5-inch drive is based on MLC NAND flash memory chips and provides read and write speeds of up to 170MB/s and 40MB/s, respectively. The drive also features a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface and a MTBF of 1 million hours. The Kingston SSDNow V Series 40GB SSD will start shipping on November 9th for $115 (stand-alone drive) or $130 (desktop bundle). [Kingston]
