I have 2 ESP 7, one is the earlier model, the other is the 7250. I have had again the "paper jam" problem on the 7 but since I know how to fix it by pushing in the little head cleaner (thanks Chad), I came out ok. I also got a stuck printhead on the 7250 and do not know what to do. The head is stuck on the left and will not slide on its rail to clear whatever blockage there may be. Can anybody help me? Then again, another time I had the same problem when printing in colour, that turned out to be the print head, after the headache of talking to Kodak support they sent a new head F.O.C. that fixed it. So much for supporting my hometown company and husband's previous employer. Now to search for another printer and add this one to the landfill since Kodak will tell me that it is out of the warranty.
