LaCie in collaboration with Symwave are getting ready to launch the world’s first USB 3.0 dual-drive RAID storage solution, the LaCie 2Big. Based on USB 3.0 specification, this new storage device will have two 3.5-inch hard drives for a total capacity of up to 4TB (RAID 0 or RAID 1 configuration) and provide transfer speeds of up to 275MB/s. The LaCie 2Big will start shipping in early 2010 for unannounced price yet. [PCLaunches]
