Only consider buying this if you don't have a standard cassette player - for laptops, you can just get the Griffin iMic (USB adapter) and plug your cassette player into that... Oh please don’t buy this for $119 – you can do this for free yourself – this probably comes bundled with Soundforge Audacity which is FREE to download!
