I have to say I bought this phone like woo look how cool and the minute I left the store I started having MMS charges i have never had before the second day it freezes shuts off after sending messages I HAVE TO SAY I HATE THIS PHONE TO THE CORE ITS THE WORST PIECE OF TRASH EVER! I would love a new one! I would love my money back. I would love a better phone!

yes, stay with the bad reviews because they are not lying this phone will shut down on you while you are playing with it! this phone will randomly shut off. this phone is VERY slow screen rotation and also the keyboard is completely hard to see in the daylight. i bought one less than a week ago and its already going bad PLUS it deleted all of my pictures, songs, ringtones, contacts everything when it restarted.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

okay, i’m sorry to ruin it for you guys, but i just bought this phone today and, after having a sony ericsson for one year ( a phone with no touch screens or qwety keyboards or anything at all ) , i think it completely sucks. it’s slow, the camera stinks, and you basically have to either buy at&t ringtones or use the ones that come with the phone. it’s really big & bulky, and i just hate it. i just really, really hate it.

I just ordered this phone and yall are scaring me with the bad reviews. Maybe the shutting down thing is about the cell towers close to where you live, cause my old motorola does the same thing. Any good things to say??

I’ve been desperate for this phone, i really want this phone
plus i love texting so texting shouldnt be a big deal with this phone.
i want it in this color but does fido or roger’s have it in this color?
everyday i look at this phone and complain how much i want it

Say the good and the bad about this phone … OVERALL I was very pleased …. BUT ( and there is always a “but” with this phone ) The slider wears out too fast.. .and it WILL start shutting itself off on you … the keyboard is POORLY lit …. and once again .. IT WILL SHUT ITSELF OFF WHILE YOU ARE USING IT !!!

hi, i just wanted to let all you eager people out there know that the lg neon is a horrrrrible phone. i bought it soon after its release in may, and it has random freak outs where if too many commands are given it shuts down, or restarts, and it also just shuts off randomly. the internet lags, and when your inbox begins to fill on this messaging phone your whole phone lags. please dont waste your money on this phone.

Don’t buy it! The processor is soooooo slow. You have to wait sometimes a few seconds before it will go into the next command screen. And you can’t see the keyboard letters in daylight because the actual letters are clear(to let the dim backlight shine through). My slider mechanism went bad after 2 weeks shutting the phone off every time I closed it. Forget using symbols, you have to go through two screens to text an exclamation point or a dollar sign!

i work for rogers and sell the neon all day and there are never any complaints about the phone except the screen is only touch for dialing… if ur looking for a fulkl touch screen with qwerty key board… got with the HTC Touck Pro…. and if u want a real phone u should prob. just get the Bold or the I-Phone ….
