LG has just unveiled its first e-Book reader that integrates a thin solar cell for extending its battery life. Measuring only 0.7mm thick and weighing just 20 grams, this thin solar cell is able to extend the running time of the e-book’s battery by a day, simply by exposing it to sunlight for about four to five hours.
