LG has entered the portable hard drive market by releasing the XD3 Slim portable HDDs that measure at only 13mm slim. These hard drives also come equipped with rubber-padded sides for impact protection. The XD3 Slim connects to the computer via USB 2.0 or SATA II. The 320GB model will be available in Europe and North America later this year for 110,000 Won ($90).
