LG has unveiled a new variant of its Stylus 2 that comes with DAB+ technology for digital radio broadcasting. Collaborated with the International DMB Advancement Group (IDAG) to include DAB+ technology in the new Stylus 2, the new variant of the LG Stylus 2 features a DAB+ chipset and an exclusive app that lets users to enjoy digital radio broadcasts for free out of the box.
Just to remind you, the LG Stylus 2 sports a 5.7-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS in-cell touch display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 1.5GB RAM, a 16GB of expandable internal storage (up to 128GB), an 8MP front-facing camera, a 13MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and a 3000mAh (removable) battery.
Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, the LG Stylus 2 provides 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC (optional) for connectivity. The new LG Stylus 2 with DAB+ technology will first roll out in Australia, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing yet.
