Lian Li has expanded its PC chassis line-up with the all new TYR PC-X1000 Full-Tower Case. Measuring 230 mm x 680 mm x 430 mm and weighing just under 10 kg, this aluminum case is equipped with three external 5.25-inch bays, a removable motherboard tray, a three heatzone design, two HDD cages (plus two 2.5-inch HDD/SSD holders), and provides tool-less installation for all drives and PCI cards. In addition, it also comes with two holes drilled at the rear for the tubing of water cooling systems and five 140 mm fans working at 1200 RPM (three in front, two in the back). The TYR PC-X1000 is expected to be launched at the end of August for about $420.
