I purchased this router in August, 2008 and every few days it becomes entirely unreachable and so does every device behind it. Only way to resolve this is with a power cycle. I did the online linksys support and they were absolutely useless.
I give this device a rating of very poor. I am going to attempt to upgrade the firmware if there is a new one and then switch to the dd-wrt 3rd party firmware as they claim to support this device now.
