Our dudes in Japan will be able to buy this new slim external USB powered DVD recorder from LiteOn for 9980 Yen(or approx. €80). The LiteOn ESAU108 comes with a 8x speed for both DVD±R and RW as well as 6x writing speed for DVD±DL. This DVD burner also adopts the Smart-Burn technology and the Smart-X that decreased reading errors. [Akihabara]
