MadCatz Interactive has recently announced its upcoming AirDrives earphones for Apple iPhone. It adopts the InAir Technology, a new personal audio technology allowing users to hear their surroundings and their music. The AirDrives for iPhone will also features a microphone and “one-touch music-to-phone capability.†Ken Wright, creator and designer of AirDrives, said that the new AirDrives will enhance the virtual communication experience offered by the iPhone by allowing users to stay in tune to their conversations, music selection and as an added safety benefit, their everyday surroundings. The MadCatz AirDrives earphones for iPhone will be available in early 2008 with the suggested retail price of $120.
