Here comes a new line of SSDs from MediaRange, the ProSeries II. Available in 60GB, 120GB and 240GB capacities, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SandForce SF-1222 controller, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, a MTBF of 1 million hours and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 280MB/s and 270MB/s, respectively. The 60GB, 120GB and 240GB models are priced at 112 Euro (about $160), 183.50 Euro (about $262) and 475 Euro (about $679), respectively. [MediaRange]
