Taking notes or writing important schedules can be both a hassle and easy to damage and lose. With the mobile notetaker, you just take the device and clip it to any notepad and as you write, it transfers the text to an LCD screen display and it automatically stores in the internal memory. You can even download to your computer with the included software enables you to you save all your illustrations and convert your written notes to editable text using OCR. It operates in two modes, mobile or connected. Mobile Mode enables the user to capture and store the notes / sketches digitally at meetings, lectures and conferences. Connected Mode enables the Mobile NoteTaker and a PC / Notebook by USB cable. The user can upload, organize, move, edit or add to handwritten notes ideas, sketches, phone numbers or reminders, etc. You’ll always be able to remember and most importantly keep all your notes, etc. $170
