The three wheeled scooter with the 24 volt battery power requires a minimum amount of training to get used to, and you don’t need a license for it. The machine can go as fast as 15 mph and travel up to 8 miles. The rider sits and uses a joystick type stick to control the unit. The scooter is a prototype at the moment. Via RedFerret.
