Navigon has announced that they will be dropping the 2120 and 2100 ma navigation systems for the States and Canada. There will be a new DirectHelp feature that spots a user’s location and gives you instant links to nearby services such as hospitals, pharmacies and roadside assistance. The Navigon 2100 max and 2120 max also feature a large 4.3 inch widescreen, text-to-speech so you can concentrate on the road and not on the device, Reality View with photo-realistic 3D images of highway interchanges, along with Lane Assistant allowing you to choose the correct lane for upcoming exits and entrance ramps. Additional features include FreshMaps service offering a 12 field-verified quality controlled map and POI updates over a 3-year time frame. The Navigon 2100 max with maps is going for $299 and the Navigon 2120 max with maps for both US and Canada is available in Canada for C$329. [MobileWhack]
