NEC’s new USB-powered fingerprint scanner, the NEC PU700-20, has the scanning resolution to 800dpi and a 15mm wide sensor. Dimensions are 12 mm x 50 mm x 80 mm and will cost Â¥29,800 or about $250. Via Digital World Tokyo.
