Here is a new 7 inch LCD module from NEC. The new 7 inch amorphous-silicon thin-film-transistor LCD module (NL8048BC19-02) offers WVGA resolution and has a long-life white LED as the light source. It is able to provides 50,000 hours of life span. The screen also has low power consumption.
